Answer» ok i have a dell desktop running windows XP and i won't start up most of the time when it starts up there would be a dell logo thing then it GOES to loading windows but now it doesn't EVEN get past the dell logo sreen there is no error or anything it just say "www.dell.com Dell DM051 Series BIOS Revision A05" i think i have tried puting in the operating system disk and pressing F2,F8,F12 and all those Fs but NOTHING is working its just stuck on that screen please help! heres a pic When computer starts keep TAPPING F8 key until menu appears. See, if you can get into Safe MODE.
