Answer» My keyboard's not working and im having trouble finding important FILES because i cannot LOG onto the main screen. i think theres something wrong with my computer if so how do iget my files to be saved on a cd so i an reboot my computer?When did this start? if this just happened, try this... Turn on your computer, and while it just begins to load (2 SECONDS after PRESSING turn on button) press the F8 key as many times as you need to until a menu appears asking if you would like to start in safe mode, ETC... Try to select last known good congig, and press enter... If your keeboard can't do this, try another keyboard... Let us know what happens... How did you type this message? Different computer? |
