i bought an ipod nano on ebay...and then read about the class action suit against them....because essentially, it scratches easily.  does ANYONE have any suggestions on how i can protect mine when i get it?  I mean, i can go with skins and stuff...but has anyone tried anything? well the only way is get a case but they do look stupid.

your IPOD will scratch. They all do. I got mine and with in a week it looked like i had taken sand paper to it.

Well, here's a little secret... It's not the most fashionable, but oh well... You ever eat Altoids? The curiously strong mints? What to dp is take their tin container, clean it, and store your IPOD in there when you are not using it...

as a third-party is now in the swim......forget small claims...you will loose big time....I have sold and bought a lot of things on eBay without incident. It all depends on the seller. The feedback listings are a good barometer. Again, if it sounds too good to be true.....how is going raptor.......Does anyone know if the new Nano's can hold files as well? Like besides music?
