Mysterious system folder, unable to delete.

After deleting a Yandex.Disk folder I was left with this system folder.

Unable to open or delete it. I have tried FileAssassin and Unlocker with no success.

Any ideas?

[RECOVERING disk space, attachment deleted by admin]Try a little app called Move On Boot...Thank you for your SUGGESTION, but I found a fix.

Re-downloaded and Installed Yandex.Disk.

Then UNINSTALLED it again.

The mysterious folder has disappeared! GOOD to hear you got it FIXED...
