Answer» Help! In MS Outlook, I was trying to DELETE a few of my folders in My Shortcuts (old things I don't need anymore) and all my folders disappeared. I could not undo the action. Those folders represent 80% of my business. Help! How do I get them BACK?Lynnge......Use the system restore feature and set it restore to the day before you had the problems ...... that should get things back the way they were . |
