Solve : my phone? |

Answer» ok so i have a samsung s5. it has a black screen but the phone is responsive. i have tried apps like dr.fone toolkit or vysor just to see my phone screen on my computer to get my important files. i think dr.fone toolkit has done something to my phone. the phone toggle button lights stay on every time i turn on the phone. i tried vysor and it works a little BETTER but an error MESSAGE appears "Error installing APK: /sbin/sh: PM: not found" i dont know what it MEANS. i just WANT to get information from my phone using vysor. but i think my phone is in recovery mode and i cant see or remove it from that state. i have no idea wat i am doing i really need help as soon as possible. |
