Solve : MY Documents Disorganized After HD crash?

My HD crashed a couple weeks ago;  the on LINE backup service I had RESTORED them,

  but due to My COMPUTER error in Unpacking the backup,
My documents and settings are scattered

between:   Administrator,  Owner,  All Users, Default User, and my name

I am usually good at copy/paste,   drag/drop  and general file management
but this has me overwhelmed.

Can I safely delete some of the above so there is only ONE user?

Suggestions on how to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
