Solve : My desktop won't turn on?

1.	Solve : My desktop won't turn on?
Answer» This has happened about 3 weeks ago. I was able to GET it to TURN on by unplugging everything on the tower. The green light was not lit. I reconnected everything & it turned on. Now, with doing that this time, I get NOTHING. No sounds from anything. My computer is a HP, about 4 years old, & I am running XP on it. Any thoughts? Is my computer dead? Is it the power supply? Any way I can get it running again.hey, so are u saying the power supply fan doesnt come on?? If so, you should change out the power supply first. Could be a bad stick of ram, MOTHERBOARD, etc.
