Answer» i have an OLD dell pc/win 98 and my sound cards don't work.when i insert a cd it tells me i don't have drivers,but i do.if you ask me it's not read the cards right.When did this start? Have you made any CHANGES to your system recently? FlameLook in Control Panel/System/Device Manager and see if any sound card is listed, or if there are yellow exclamation marks or NONE listed.
