Solve : My Computer is really messed up?

Hello, I wasnt sure where this question should go so I'll put in other

I bought a new video card 3 days ago. After I UNINSTALLED the drivers for my old video card. I installed drivers for the new one. I was asked to restart my COMPUTER so I did. Now I get the message
Load needed dlls to load.
I have searched all over the net for a fix. I've got run recovery console.

My Problem is my Windows XP SP2 Disc does not work. I have also tried 3 other disc and they did not work.
I get the part to INSTALL a RAID driver and after that my computer freezes.

I have no working floppy drives and I tried to run Safe Mode and it does not work

Should it read "Load needed DLLs for kernel"

If so MANY cd's won't work then your cdrom may be defective or the lens may need cleaning. You'll have to sort out that problem to get much further.
