Answer» When my wife was checking email and the screen went blank, now WINDOWS XP will not start. It looks like it is going to start and then the screen goes blank. Have tried the con+alt+delete but that does not work. any suggestions?Turn it off with the power button and start it in safe mode (F8 before it starts Windows) and then SHUT down and restart. Does this fix anything?I would BORROW a keyboard from a friend/neighbor and try that...make sure you are POWERED down when you swap the keyboards. |
