Solve : MSN Not Working?

1.	Solve : MSN Not Working?
Answer» I have no idea why but my MSN is not working. Not Windows Messenger, MSN Messenger 7.5, and not Windows Live Messenger (doesn't even download anymore). When I try and login in MSN Messenger 7.5 it say SERVICE is unavailable but when I CHECK Service STATUS it say everything is good. Anyone have any IDEAS on how to FIX this? Or why this happened?
