Solve : msn,code?

Answer»

was getting problems signing into msn.mail..they told me they sent code to my yahoo.mail. which I never recived. so today they posted up don't try again to next week. I have not seen my mail on msn. since last Friday.
question, any ideas what I can to about this. thank you.Odd that they, assuming MSN support claimed to go away for a week and then come back... Most mail providers only have a 24 hour lockout period. Also the REASON why you never received it in yahoo mail could be because the alt e-mail acct is different than that of the e-mail that you think it is.

How have you been in contact with them? Web chat or telephone etc?Check in the SPAM folder...i have checked over the weekend, msn.mail code did not appear on my yahoo mail box,or spam...
on msn.hotmail. I put my password in, then something appeared about protective code.and in red, come back next week.
thanks for your replys. It is over 2weeks since ive got into my msn.hotmail. I cant even use my password, that they still say they have sent mail to my yahoo.page, which I don't get..I need to get into Hotmail but don't have a clue. any ideas what I can do to sort this out for myself.

Just an idea. Not a real solution.
Use another computer. Get two new e-mail accounts. Next, try the same steps as before. This will help to see what should be the normal THING. It may be something in your computer.  It might be wrong e-mail spelling.
My guess is that your PC has some kind of  malware. Using a different PC is ONE way to find out. Virus scans do not always pick up some things.
Using new-mail reduces the possibility that your accounts are being intercepted. New accounts and a different PC should provide some clue.
As  sated above, Just an idea.

I just had my hotmail HIJACKED yesteday. This was not by a bot on my computer. It appears that my login info was stolen from MS. I see lots of postings on the MS forums, but the techs are trying to blame it on spyware on users computers. Anybody else seeing the same thing?
NOTE that post is four years old. You would think by now the issue would be over with.
