How did you perform the reformat or what tool did you use to reformat? Did you just reformat or did you install an operating system during or after the process?Unfortunately ones ability (in this case yours) to be able to alter any software components WITHOUT ACCESS to a viewable screen is well nigh impossible. Can you enter safe mode and get a screen display?
