Answer» Does anyone know where I can get the firmware update for my MPX220 cellphone, other than the one on motorola.com because it seems that they don't have it available RIGHT now.How old is this cell phone.........Well, I just bought it 2 MONTHS ago, and I knew that I have already got the latest version of ROM(1.30.0.0 as stated on the motorola.com). But there is a chance I will "reformat" my cellphone(I am aware that there is a big chance that Microsoft product, Windows CE, will crash or something wrong happens in the future). That's why I will need the installer for 1.30.0.0 or even the newer one if available.What do you hope to accomplish by CHANGING the firmware?It doesn't have to be changing firmware, but I thought, FORGIVE me if I'm wrong, the only way to reformat my cellphone is by reinstalling the firmware. Do you have another sugestion johnwill ?Maybe you should talk to your cell phone service PROVIDER for information... |
