Solve : Mouse freezing up question? |
|
Answer» I've tried several different mice, different usb ports on both the front and back of the Dell Dimesion E510, and the mouse freezes up nonstop lately. If you unplug it and plug it back in, it will work for a while (as in several minutes) before it does it again. USB mice don't use batteries, unless they're wireless. We tried a couple of different mice-same RESULT. Tried a wireless one with fresh batteries, tried a usb port one, still giving us trouble. The corded mouse is a Dell brand - if it is a mouse problem, I'd gladly BUY another mouse but I'm doubting that's the problem. No, PS/2 mouse CONNECTOR looks like this: |
