Solve : Modified XP, but comma is used as decimal separator?

Answer»

Hey, I'm new to this website. My name is Ben, and I am begging you all for advice. RECENTLY, I've installed a modified version of Windows XP, but the decimal separator is a comma.
Example:
54.24 MB will be:
54,24 MB.
This really CONFUSES me, can someone help me change the decimal separator to a dot please?
Thanks. Hi Ben

I'm not sure where to change it when XP is already loaded but when you are loading up the XP install there are options and settings you can change and it is in there. I can't think from memory exactly which tab etc. but I've had to reinstall XP loads of TIMES and this setting is definately in there. In one of the country or currency settings somewhere I think. Maybe someone else knows WITHOUT reinstalling XP again.

Control Panel, Regional And Language Options.

Hi, BC
Why do you have to make things simple?
We could have had some fun with him.
We could have told him he has to learn another language other that English to use that Export XP installation. SPOILED my fun.
