Solve : Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate Message At Opening?

I just UPGRADED a friend's Vista OS laptop from Office 2003 to Office Ultimate 2007.  Everytime I open an Office program, I get the following INSTALLATION message, "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007."  This is a legit installation of Office Ultimate 2007.  How can I get rid of this message and have the Office programs open normally?Start here:
