Answer» Hi After performing a Windows 10 UPDATE 2 weeks ago, I am now UNABLE to access Office 365, Xbox and Windows Live MAIL . My subscription with Microsoft is not LISTED ( It was renewed 3/17/21 I continually get the FOLLOWING errors 0x800704cf 0x80048869 and Xbox error 1170000 Any help would be appreciated I suggest you reach out to Microsoft.
