Solve : Message said Scrobj.dll cannot be copy while reinstall after formatting?

Hi everyone

Please kindly HELP me with below:

After i formatted C drive, i have Windows XP Prof. to be installed. It normally works fine.

But this time while it is being installed half way thru to 46%, it came up a message said Scrobj.dll cannot be copy/replicate .

So I hit SKIP and it came up a BLUE screen said '' BAD_POOR_CALLER''

anyone KNOW how to fit it?
