Solve : Members List of Post?

Answer»

Is there a way to see a list of posts I have made in the past I know you can view last 5 or last 20 etc.

But that doesn't seem to be the easiest way, especially when your not sure when you may have posted, that may not be clear but I do know I had to rumage around when I was going back to an old post.

Another question,

what is the best way to find an answer to a question that has obvoiusly been asked before, for example, why do I no longer get an e-mail notifying me of a responce. I mean when using the search.

I just did a search for all posts started by you with the word "computer" as a search string. I entered your username and just searched for those posts you started. I opened each thread and was able to choose, at the beginning of each thread, whether or not I wanted to be notified of replies by clicking the "Notification" button.

Savior,

How'd you do that ? :-?

I searched using my user name Jp and found posts, but there were three or four of them that were not included so I happen to have these listed in notifications, that is how I found them.

I don't understand where or how a search for, "computer", came in, it seems you used two search terms ?

At the top of the forum pages is a Search button...

In the Search for: box, I entered the word computer.

In the By User: box, I entered Jp.

I checked all the boards including Subject and Message.

I can check for as little as a week ago, or for all posts.

I can also choose how many posts I want to view.

Then I click the Search button at the bottom...that's all there is to it.Quote

Why do I not see that?
All I see is a little box which I can enter words to search for, no extra options like that.
Has this always been there?
And why can't I see it?Quote

Click on the search button (the button with all the other buttons home, help, search, login, register, profile, etc.) and you'll have all the additional options. Why have I never noticed that before?
Thanks for pointing that out, it looks REALLY useful!
Can't believe I didn't know about it . . .Quote
