Error in browser(or just need to CLEAR temp DATA) or the Site?

Have been noticing this for a while, nothing bad comming from it, just seems
buggy...

But seems to come and go, It happend to Patio's and Aegis's signatures too, but after the post it seems to straighten itself out.

Now let's be fair, IE2 was OK, it didn't have ActiveX.  So pretty much just need to clean out the temp data(Because for now im just sticking with IE)?Yes, clear the temp. data regularly with IE.  I advise my customers to do the same, every DAY.  It makes a difference with whether they're able to login to the site I help support.
