Answer» Hello! I don't know if this will help or not, but I once got a yellowish hue on my monitor, turned out that it was a problem with the monitor cable. It was kinked, I straightened it out and it was fine. hmmm... I was thinking, "check the cables", and I EVEN thought I typed it out. I guess not. Thanks DarkMSTie, for mentioning it. By the WAY, now, after a few hours, I turned the computer on again and everything is OK. Thanks for your suggestion. I may use it in the future.Quote from: michaewlewis on October 18, 2007, 12:48:49 PM It's probably a problem with your monitor. I have a Samtron 77V monitor. It's not so old - more less 5 years, and except the problem I mentioned it works perfectly. However I THINK that you may be right about it. When I (following your suggestion) pushed the menu button, I found out it's not working. It will be the the monitor problem. Thank you very much.yes, definitely get a new monitor. www.newegg.com has excellent deals. I got a 17" LCD for $100 last year.
