Solve : Loosing option from contextual menu?

Hi everybody

I have lost from my contextual MENU the option to create a new folder (not sure this is the correct translation since I am USING W2K in Spanish)
In fact there is missing the create new "anything" from the CM

Everything seems normal otherwise, any clues?

Nope, I am on W2K and I think I have to start on safe mode to do a restore, so I will try the other two fixes first.
