Solve : long white strip across screen on laptop? |

Answer» across the top of the screen on my laptop Toshiba computer there is a long white strip. At the very LEFT of the strip is a capital D in blue and NEXT to it are a faded arrow pointing left, a faded arrow pointing right, and a faded capital C. Next to those are the words Search the Web. This started some time ago and I have done system restores but it is still there. Would anyone know what is causing this? Thank you.
