Answer» I have a Dell laptop E1505 and was using this Logitech mouse which quit WORKING. Purchased a NEW one. Get error message that there was a fatal error during installation. Went into their help site and performed all with no success. Called their Tech Service, SAID it was not the mouse but the COMPUTER problem. Computer is out of warranty so this is not a option...Can you help? bgdon P.S.
