I cannot open links. When I TRY to go to a link I have to hit STOP and then REFRESH for the page to open.
Eg. If I click on the help button on this WEB page, it will not open without hitting as mentioned above.
What have I done and how can I fix it?

5. Security tab
6. Reset all 4 security ZONES to DEFAULT

6. Restore 1 Default button

You may need to do the following as well
