Answer» Hey guys, not sure if any of you have a LG KU990 but here goes.... Basically the screen on my KU990 is completely shagged. The LCD appears to be cracked, but yet the FILM on the top is completely intact. There is now no longer anyway to see what is being displayed on the screen, but when it first happend it was just half the screen that FAILED to display and the TOUCHSCREEN feature worked with no problems. I think the problem occured because the phone was in my backpocket of my Jeans when we were at a party and then some lass came and sat on my knee, which I think has applied alot of pressure to the screen and it has subsequently internally smashed. I guess my question is what can I do?! Ive tried eBay'ing for new screens but they are all protecters and not the LCD itself, will LG take it back?! Thanks guys Chris How big was this lassie ? ? Nah she really thin actually, which made it even more confusing :S I didn't take the extended warranty no, but I have only had it about 2 months so it should still be covered, shouldn't it?! I have called them and they told me I needed to go to the Carphone Warehouse (where I took out the contract). But if I say that it was my fault they WONT take it under warranty will they, as it was 'User Damage'... Any more ideas mate?! ChrisSure...don't mention the lassie...
