my friends laptop is showing ntldr is MISSING I tried reloading windows xp all seems ok until
SETUP tries to START windows then an error screen appears stating windows has shut down pc to prevent DAMAGE how do I gain access please any help would most welcomeWhat is the model of the computer?
Where did you get the XP CD?
Do you have the drivers  for the PC? It is another disc you might need.
Has the computer had other problems?
How old is it?
Toshiba satellite notebook L300-1CU the windows disc is my own
I know it is an old one but my friend cannot afford a new one,thank you for your help
