1.	Solve : laptop keeps on restarting?
Answer» can anyone HELP me. my laptop keeps on restarting. it alsways reach to the MICROSFT xp screen and then it restart over and over again. it will go into a BLUE screen for half a second. and then it restart. even when i use the safe MODE. the same thing happen again.Any recent hardware changes? What about software changes? (installs, downloads) Can you get into windows via Safe Mode?
