Answer» I TRYING to get the BIO info for my laptop to get on a VLAN network but I cannot get into Windows XP Professional or the MOS DOS command prompt to enter "Ipconfig/all" to get the info.Why cant you get in? What happens? What do you mean you are trying to get the bio?I NEED to get the MAC address to send to the VLAN administrator. I cannot get past the username and password since windows will not recognize my credentials. I am logging on with a military Common ACCESS Card.
