Solve : lag mouse in new PC?

Answer» i recentlybiult a new pc and my mb is B450 PRO TUF , I have a crazy problem with that , I don't know this was with that from the begeening or it is new problem when I power on my pc MOUSE lag in windows and audio lag too I tested my mouse on other pc and worked perfectly and soft The interesting thing is that when I power off or restart pc from start menu it take long and don't power off at all I use resert switch on the CASE and after restart EVERY things work perfectly !!! but mouse still lag a little this is My problem every day is this problem from windows or from my mother bord ? i MUST usemy mb warranty ?!
