Win98 - 64MB is more than adequate. With any more, you will notice very little difference. Win2k - requires at least 128MB, more is noticeably faster. Any less, computer is very slow. WinXP - 160MB works quite well, but, more is better. If any of the main memory is shared by the video, that must be accounted for in the totals.
