I cannot get java to download anything.  I have done everything they said.  Get the 20559 I think ERROR message.  Tried it manually, no luck.  I am about to give up.  I always have to jump through hoops and always have this trouble when it says I need an update.  I have no java on my computer right now.  How do you LOAD this??  Please remember I am not computer savvy and need directions that you would give a first grader.  I don't understand all the lingo.  Please help me.  ThanksSo you mean when java application informs you there's an update, it won't be doing it properly?

Try downloading a fresh copy of latest version of java and just install it instead of having java updater do it (when java SOFTWARE informs you there's an update available) .... you can get it here.... http://filehippo.com/download_java_runtime/ (it's always updated when latest versions come out) I tried and got an error a page long.  I have a screen shot of it but don't know how to post it here.  When I try to download from the site says somethig about zip files and compression files can't be downloaded.  I am about to give up.  Been at it for hours.  Thanks for your help.When I try to download java it just won't.  I followed what they said at the site, but still get same error readings.  About ready to reformat this computer.The exact message when I try to install is:Error 25099  Unzipping core files failed.  Did what their so called help page said, but nothing has changed
