Hi! I've updated my Windows Media Player to version 11 and now whenever I try to access WMP related items (i.e., there's some RADIO stations from home that stream content online that I listen to) online the computer 1) all but locks up if it has to open WMP externally or 2) if opening in a pop-up browser window it won't load the content period and when I right click on said window and try to get error details I'm told that "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is LOCATED on the Internet, connect to the Internet. If the file is located on a removable storage card, INSERT the storage card." Clicking on web help does nothing. I've tried uninstalling WMP 11, running CCleaner, and then reinstalling it, but I'm STILL having the same problem.

Computer's running XP SP2, Intel Pentium 4 CPU 1.6 GHz, 319 MB RAM, and an ATI 16 MB Rage 128 Ultra video card. Thanks in advance for help and advice. You guys are great! -Infant999Welcome to CH.
