I don know for what REASON the "LANGUAGE Bar" button within the respective Screen is showing up Inactive?
Please access the "Language Bar" through:::
Control Panel>>Regional & Language options>>Language Tab>>Details>>TEXT & Input SERVICES.
& Refer to the attached screenshot.
Help will be sincerely appreciated....

Regsvr32.exe msutb.dll
If That doesn't work open up Word , CLICK on help, and select detect and repair.Disregard the previous post, that's not the issue.
It is showing as inactive because you only have one language installed. It won't activate until you add another language. Click the "Add..." button, then choose the language and keyboard layout you want. Once you add a second language, those buttons will activate.
