Answer» Hi all, I have an iscan handheld scanner. I have had it stored in its case without the batteries INSTALLED for a while. Just went to use it. Scanned no problems. But the scanned jpg and pdf have just SHOWS thick BLACK GRADIENT bars. Not the pages I have scanned. here is what I am getting on both jpg and pdf. Can anyone help please?
