Solve : Is is safe to uninstall MS hotfixes?? |

Answer» I have a ton of MS hotfixes running that use up a few GB. I need space, so WANT to remove hotfixes that I don't need. How do I know which are safe to remove? My RESEARCH turned up a MS applet that manages/uninstalls hotfixes, but only recognizes hotfixes that were installed USING the applet so useless to me right now (nice logic, MS!). HELP!Do not uninstall them, but it is safe to delete all the $NTUninstallKBxxxxx$ files.You would do well as to remove the items and programs that are unnecessary. |
