Solve : IRC not working, well? |

Answer» I just downloaded mIRC but when I enter a hub I see no chat taking PLACE, I can't download files and the usual rules message dosent pop up. My firewalls are disabled and I even tried disabling Norton anti virus but the same thing happens. Bad move here. No chat software is worth that. Have you tried something else or just this ONE program? I don't think you should use IRC when you disable your virus scanner in an attempt to GET it working. Something tells me you haven't got any idea of what IRC can be used for.I've only tried mIRC, I was told it was the most reliable, and I don't know of any others.
