Answer» For some reason one of the best of features of the iPhone 4s is not CONSISTENTLY working for me.
When I plug in my iPhone to the wall charger, I was under the belief it would automatically on the "photo stream" folder update with my latest photos. It used to, but does not anymore. I have to manually add them by copying them from the iPhone on "my computer"
When I plug the iPhone DIRECTLY into the PC, I still have to manually add.
If I want to synch and update music; I have to direct connect into my computer.
I have Windows Vista, so is it possible some extension is unchecked and if not what is the solution? It's very annoying that something I paid for is not working; this is supposed to save TIME but WIRELESSLY synching music and photos.
Got a message from MS Windows:
"ApplePhotoStreams.exe has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Are there certain startup programs I need; as I have apple mobile device, bonjour service, iPod service.
Thanks.Have you tried reinstalling itunes and iclouds as suggested by apple website? See also SETUP here http://www.pcworld.com/article/242242/how_to_use_wireless_sync_in_ios_5.html
