I was going to go to an ISP like netzero to SAVE money as I am paying about $30 a month for DSL and I am not a heavy-duty internet user. I NEED to save money. Things are tight. Thanks.I don't think you'll find much in the way of internet access for less than $30 other than dialup but you might look into something called FreedomPop. You have to buy the device but then you get 500MB of data free per month.
