Answer»

Hello people of Compute Hope forums, please help me!
My internet is all messed up and its really annoying.
When ever I go to an adf.ly link, or some other links as well, I get re-directed to this website http://cleanpc365.com/?subid=PCRI?adf.ly
My BROWSERS (I have Google chrome and firefox) try thier best to keep me on adf.ly but when I click the button that says, "Stay on this page" adf.ly breaks.
I do not have Pc Cleaner installed.
Please help me fix this, I need to download things!

I also have problems with any text on the internet
On Google Chrome on any webiste some words will be highlighted, when I got over these highlighted words it either re-directs me or an ad pops up.
Please tell me how to remove this, its really annoying.

If you can help me that would be wonderful
Thankyou,
~SuperdudeThe cleanpc365 is crap ware.

Mr PC Cleaner is one of these programs that promise to increase computer's speed. It's promoted via its trustworthy-looking website mrpccleaner.com and other websites. However, it SEEMS that if you click the 'Download Now' button, you may be forced to install completely different program, which is called CleanPC365. As soon as this program enters computer, it starts displaying CONTINUOUS alerts that report about different kinds of errors. Please, be very careful with Mr PC Cleaner because it may be just another potentially unwanted program, which seeks to earn the money for its creators. Besides, be very careful with the registration on this site because it may be used to collect PERSONALLY identifiable information, such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses and similar. ...

There may be other variants of it that go by others names. I am not sure of that. It seems that there is some deliberate confusion as to just what that program is and does.

Mr PC Cleaner is an application which you can install onto your Windows operating system. The program is promoted at mrpccleaner.com; however, it has been discovered that you cannot download it from this source. Unfortunately, the application which gets installed is CleanPC365. If you have visited cleanpc365.com, you may have NOTICED that the layout of this page is almost identical to mrpccleaner.com. This is because both of the sources promote the same application. You certainly should delete Mr PC Cleaner related programs which you have no desire of running on the operating system. Do you know how to remove software which is categorized as PUP (potentially unwanted program)?
From the above you see  Mr PC Cleaner becomes installed with the name CleanPC365 and leads to user confusion.
If you can not remove it, please come back here and an expert will help you.
The CH forum does not endorse these kin of products.
They are crap ware. Excuse me --meant to say carp ware.
