Solve : Internet Explorer Search Provider Default Error?

I created a user account for my nephew on the LAPTOP that we share it has windows 8. But now i keep this message:

Internet Search provider Default.
A program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider for Internet Explorer.
I.E. has RESET settings to the original search provider....

I keep GETTING this message haow do i fix it !!?!?!??!

He's INFECTED...what search comes up ? ?
