my friends computer is a new viao she jsut got it last year im not sure where but she has windows xp on it n stuff she knows like NOTHING about computers at all and im not that great either but i wanted to know if this sounded like a virus or something or if anybody can tell me whats wrong or tell me how to fix it


she opens up her internet explorer and she can GO and do whatever on it but ever 10 MINUTES or so it like closes on its own for no reason it doesnt have any of those send ERROR message things pop up or ne thing her computers not like being slow before it closes it jsut does and yeah i wanted to see if ANYONE can help me so i can go over and fix it for her

You might want to consider joining the forum, and having E-Mail notification of new replies... E-Mailing you causes confusion, as you will receive many messages with the same solution...
