Was using the internet fine as I only got my LAPTOP the 23/1/2015 and by the 16/2/15 the internet BROKE. When I PUT my mouse in the internet bars it says my network then underneath that no internet access. When I click on internet explorer it loads for a while and then says cannot display the web PAGE and then fix connection problems. I click it wait five minutes and then it says fixed. It WORKS fine for about two minutes and then the same thing happens. Do you know how I can fix this? thanks Are you using a wireless connection? Are you using a wireless router that you bought or one provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Brand and model? How old is it?
