Answer» I have a broadband INTERNET ACCESS, but when I download something, it only transfers at 40 kbps or less. I looked at my network settings and it says I am capable of running at 100 mbps. I then noticed through the TASK manager that I am only using .4% of my available network sped. How do I get my speed up? Any ANSWERS would be greatly apprecciated.
