Answer» I have a acer aspire 7741Z-5731 laptop. Im trying to install windows 8, however, when I go to do the install it says I need some driver which, I dont know what. I have to do a reinstall of 7 but, I need to learn 8 for where I work.maybe you can backup win 7, then upgrde to win 8. during UPGRADE process, upgrade application will download required driver if that piece of HARDWARE is supported on win 8 if you encounter problem upgrading, skip upgrading/migrating application, only migrate personal data I'm only trying to get it to RUN for about thridy days till we become famiular with it. Not upgrade this unit. If I can't get it working I'll just do a fresh install of windows 7. I'm going to TRY wipeing 7 off maybe cause, it is curppted but, I don't know CLOSED, Needed Windows 7 more then I needed Windows 8. You just don't care how much of other PEOPLE's time you waste!!!
