Answer» I have an HP 1020 usb printer connected to a desktop. I have a WAP connected to a network hub which is also connected to the same desktop. I use the WAP for my LAPTOP. How do I get my laptop to recognize the HP 1020?You NEED to use printer sharing. Right-click on the printer, on your computer, then CHOOSE sharing. You can then use the "add printer" facility on the laptop. That's FAIRLY self-explanatory - but come BACK if you get stuck. |
