Solve : In Video Sites, Movie window not displayed?

Answer»

Hi,

(Win XP - P3 128 MB - IE)

I am using my computer several hours daily.
I usually visit video sites also.
There was no problem until today

Today when I visit youtube.com or other video sites, I am not gettting the movie portion in the page.

In all video sites, the below GIVEN message is SHOWN.

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player".

1. I installed Adobe Flash Payer several times by clicking the link in the message.
2. I enabled JavaScript again as in the directions in the page http://www.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=23852

But STILL I can't view the videos! The old message again displayed!

I haven't done any major software installation or Virus/Spyware scaning or deleting any system files in my computer today.

Will you please suggest me a remedy?
1. Windows XP with 128MB of RAM won't work correctly.
2. Uninstall Flash, using this: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157. Install fresh copy.
3. Try Firefox.Quote from: Broni on May 17, 2008, 01:32:58 PM
