Sad to say I have a cheating spouse. I know for a fact that she has installed Imsecure on our home pc. Problem is I can't find it on my hard drive. Any suggestions? FlameI have software installed that tracks all internet activity including keystrokes and IM's. The problem is when the the "sender" sends messages via IM, the messages are encrypted so I cannot fully see what they are typing. I do know that the "sender" is an IT junky and he had my spouse install IMsecure on my computer. I am trying to find out where the IMsecure is installed on my hard drive so I can uninstall it. I hope I am making sense.paulyedward..... The folder you are looking for would normally be called ......
IMsecure and it will by default be installed on your hard drive on C:\programs\IMsecure ......It should also show up in the control panel \add or remove programs.
Are you the administrator for the pc that IMsecure is installed on ?
I just D/L and installed IMsecure to see where it defaulted to ....... and it installed on C: drive in the programs folder ....... I was able to rename the file folder to a differant name .....so you have to CAREFULLY inspect any file folder in the program folder you aren't sure of........ Use GOOGLE ....it's your friend.

Once you find the program , if you can use your spouses username , you MAY be able to turn off the encryption feature and POSSIBLY read the previous message or at the very least read any that come in from now on un encrypted.
